Anyone is welcome to search our excess inventory. When you are ready to order, please call us at 877-459-1601.

We currently have all types of customers including Manufacturing Firms, Wholesale Distribution Firms, Contractors, Commercial Builders, Door and Glazing companies.
How much does it cost to sell my inventory on BuySellHardware.com?
It is always free to list your items. Once we find a buyer for your items we charge a 12% service fee off the total amount of the sale.
How do I sell Inventory on BuySellHardware.com?
Simply call us at 877-459-1601. You can email or fax us your excess inventory. Please include the MFG # or Part #, Description,
Available Qty, Condition and any other useful information you would like posted. You can email the list
to submit@buysellhardware.com and one of our customer service representatives will contact you shorlty.
Are there any other fee's or charges I should know about?
The only charge outside of the purchase price is shipping. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
How long until my items are posted on the site?
Your product will be posted on the site within 48 hours of being submitted.

Payment Security
BuySellHardware.com uses a secure account through Bank of America. This ensures a fast and safe
way to protect both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Terms of Sale
The buyer will have 48 hours upon the delivery receipt of goods to review the product and decide if they would like to
complete the transaction. At the 48th hour if the buyer has not stated they do not want to continue, the funds will be
automatically released to the seller.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders received generally ship within 72 hours of receipt.
Shipping Methods
BuySellHardware.com does not provide pre-paid freight. Freight will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Small Parcel Shipping
Some transactions will not be large enough to be shipped via common carrier. In this case we reserve the right to
ship with the most cost effective small parcel service.
Common Carrier Services
Larger items, such as pallets of goods, are required to be shipped via common carrier. BuySellHardware.com uses our
valued partner, Freightquote.com who has negotiated with over 30 carriers to ensure you receive the cheapest, fastest, and most reliable service.
Delivery Inspection
We make every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging when
necessary to ensure that it arrives to you safely. Regardless if your shipment arrives via small parcel or common
carrier please inspect the packages for obvious damage. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us

Return Policy
The buyer will have 48 Hours from the delivery receipt of the product to determine if they would like to keep the
product. If you would like to return the product you must contact us immediately @ 877-459-1601 or info@buysellhardware.com.
Once the 48th hour has passed all sales are final.
Samples
BuySellHardware.com will allow for up to 3 different items to be sent as samples when available. We understand the
hesitation you may have of buying over the internet. Whether you want to verify the finish or the condition of the
product we understand that and want to make all transactions as comfortable as possible.
